Service Description
A customized experience: to ensure your massage is tailored to YOU, your massage can be any combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic, Myofascial Release, Active Assisted or Passive Stretching, and Body Mobilization Techniques. Included in your customized massage: A body oil blend of Argan and Sunflower oil with your choice of the following essential oil aromas: Lavender, Rosemary+Eucalyptus, Rose Geranium or unscented. For face, pure argan oil proven not to clog pores and rich with vitamin E, Omega-6+9 fatty acids and antioxidants. Body cream is available upon request. Please Note: Pregnancy massage can only be performed starting at 13 weeks and client will be positioned on their side. For a couples massage, please book two separate massages consecutively or contact Katie for help. For groups of 3 to 4, please book a Spa Party!
Cancellation Policy
Service Agreement & Policies Please read the following carefully. By booking and receiving massage therapy services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Liability & Disclaimer * I understand that massage therapy is for relaxation and/or therapeutic purposes only and is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. * I will inform the licensee of all known medical conditions, medications, and injuries, and I will notify the licensee of any changes to my health. * I understand that massage may involve physical touch and carries minimal risks (such as temporary soreness, redness, or mild discomfort). I release the licensee from any liability for unintentional effects that may arise from massage therapy. * I understand that the licensee has the right to immediately end a session if any inappropriate, abusive, or sexual behavior is initiated by the client. Client Responsibilities * I agree to communicate during the session if I experience pain, discomfort, or decide that any area should be avoided. * I understand that appropriate draping and/or clothing (for stretch sessions) is required at all times, in compliance with Texas law. * I understand that a clean and sanitary environment is necessary for massage services to be performed safely. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or end a session if the environment is unsanitary, unsafe, or unsuitable for professional services. * I agree to keep pets secured in another room during the massage session to prevent interruptions, allergies, or potential damage to the therapist’s equipment or property. Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy * I understand that appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session rate OR one session from any Session Pack used to book the appointment. (Certain exceptions apply) * I understand that repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
